Between ourselves, and our car rental partners we
will arrange a time for the swap over. This is
normally done at our repair shop so that there is as
little inconvenience to yourself as possible.
Alternatively it may be possible to drop it off at
home or work. Throughout the hire we monitor the
time the repairs are taking and liaise with the car
rental company. At the end of the hire we meet you
at the repair centre as you return the car and pick
up your own vehicle.
Under certain circumstances you may be
entitled to a replacement car. Please
