What to Do
A few things to keep in mind about the claims
process:
Contact our office
Our office staff are trained to ask you the
questions that will allow us to assist you in an
efficient manner. Because each insurance company has
different procedures, the information we ask you for
will vary based on your circumstances.
Insurance Company Repair Programs
We work closely with all major insurance companies
to write the estimate and perform the repairs to
your vehicle without having an insurance appraiser
directly involved. We will provide all the necessary
documentation to the insurance company that will be
paying for the repair work.
Estimates
If your vehicle is safe to drive following an
accident, it is recommended that you call our office
and schedule an estimate. Although an appointment is
not required, it will eliminate the possibility of a
lengthy wait when you arrive.
A few things to keep in mind about estimates:
Scheduling an Estimate
When you make that first call to us, we will obtain
all the vital information necessary for processing
your claim with the insurance company. We will also
answer any questions you may have regarding the
claim and repair process.
Estimates on non-drivable vehicles
Simply give us a call and we will arrange to have
your vehicle towed to the shop. The estimate will be
written in 1 to 2 business days and you will be
contacted by phone with the results.
